Please fill out the Staff Request Form and the library staff will respond to your request in a timely matter.

Send us your request for A/V materials, LIbrary and Computer Usage, and Interlibrary Loan Materials.  Please allow up to two weeks for Interlibrary Loan delivery.  Please fill in the form as completely as possible to ensure proper fulfillment.  If you have any questions, please contact us by phone at (309) 793-8020, (309) 795-9861, or ext. 537.
